Common Questions

How do cutouts work?

Jodu uses Apple's on-device machine learning to detect and isolate subjects from your photos. Just select a photo and the cutout happens automatically. You can then apply any of the 11 decorative effects.

Is my data private?

Yes. All photo processing happens entirely on your device. We don't upload your photos to any server. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Jodu, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." This will restore any previous Pro purchases linked to your Apple ID.

The app isn't working as expected

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store. If you're still stuck, reach out to us below.
